Street Team

Street Team is a project where youth ages 8 thru 18 connect with other races, culture and elders in their community and preserve their experiences.

Street Team

Features:  Connecting youth to effectively appreciate themselves and learn about others through video recorded dialogue.

Advantages:  Bridging generational and racial gaps with honest questions, answers and interactions; relationships are created.

Benefits:  The Street Team is an educational opportunity.  We instruct youth on how to improve their reading, writing and verbal skills.  This is done through their research and preparation of their interviews and their presentations.  They produce their story!

Youth who excel through participation can present their experience in Video for one year on this page.
